COOK WITH STYLE

            
                    TOMCAR- BHARWAAN MIRCHEN (STUFFED CHILLIES)

                                      
         
INGREDIENTS:

3 to 4 Carrots
3 to 4 Tomatoes (ripe)
small piece of coconut (if required )
dry coriander
dry jeera (cumin)
4 to 5 Cloves of Garlic (if required)

Grind all the above - mentioned ingredients to paste and keep aside after adding salt to it. Now take the Chillies and slit them as slots . Stuff the slit chillies with the ground paste and wind small lengths of threads on each chilli to avoid the jutting of the paste from the chillies. Deep fry them on less flame. They will appear like the picture below :

  Take the chillies out of the pan and fry the remaining paste in oil by adding only turmeric powder to it. When fried , add the chillies to the paste and pour some water. Let it boil for a minute and a half. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top of the chillies.
